Your monthly fee gives you membership benefits: priority scheduling when you need us, and a fixed lower contribution toward labour on eligible plumbing and heating repairs. Think of it as knowing the cost before we arrive — rather than getting an unknown bill after.
It’s a fixed amount you pay toward the labour on a repair — £60 on Core, £40 on Plus, or nothing on Max. It keeps the monthly fee lower while still giving you a predictable, reduced cost compared to a standard callout. You’ll always know the figure before we do any work.
Yes — parts and materials are charged separately on all plans. Your membership covers labour. We’ll always quote for parts before ordering them, so there are no surprises.
Not every repair will be included. Membership is subject to eligibility rules, exclusions, and full terms and conditions. Some systems, faults, circumstances, or types of work may fall outside the scope of the plan. We recommend reading the full terms so you understand exactly how your membership works.
Your membership begins from the date your plan is activated, but some benefits may be subject to waiting periods or other conditions set out in the terms and conditions. This is important to make sure the plan is used fairly and works properly for all members.
No. It’s a membership plan — a direct arrangement between you and YourPlumber, not an insurance policy. That means no insurers, no claim forms, and no worrying whether something is “covered.” Just call us.
Not automatically. Pre-existing faults, known issues, or problems that existed before membership started may be excluded unless we have specifically agreed otherwise under a separate repair-and-cover arrangement. Full details should always be checked in the terms and conditions.
Routine servicing, annual checks, or other planned maintenance are only included where clearly stated as part of a separate service plan or add-on. Your standard membership should not be assumed to include servicing unless this is specifically shown.
Yes — there’s no minimum contract term and you can cancel whenever you like. If you’ve had an eligible repair carried out and cancel within 6 months of it, a clawback may apply to recover the difference between what you paid and the standard non-member rate. We’ll always set this out clearly in writing before collecting anything. If you cancel without having used the plan, you owe nothing.
